All products will be handmade when you place your order. Minimum
retail order is $250.00 USD. We ship to US locations
only at this time using UPS unless the product is oversized. Some
large items require a crate charge. Shipping charges are not included

FREIGHT CLAIMS:
We doubly inspect and carefully pack all items. We crate large items
to ship securely. Any damage claims should be reported immediately
to your local carrier. Your carrier will help you with your claim
and arrange for inspection of the damage. Save all boxes and packing
materials for inspection by your freight carrier. Carriers will not
accept a claim without the packaging to inspect.

Your privacy is important to us. We take every measure that the present
technology provides to protect any information we receive about you.
We strive to guard our family of clients by never giving or selling any
information to third parties. Although we use the best encryption
available, we certainly want you to have alternative ways to order, should
you choose. You may order from us by FAX (512) 264-1770, giving us
a Xeroxed copy of your credit card number with the expiration date and
your signature. You can also simply place your order by phone (512)
264-2007. We will ask for the security numbers on your card for your

Wholesale and Designer Discounts
We welcome designers and wholesale clients to order and receive "Special Discounts". To qualify, you will need to provide a copy of your tax ID certificate, a business card with your name and company name on it and a completed application. Please call us and we will send you an application to fill out.
